This was one of the famous white van speaker sales scam. I was flagged down and told of an incredible deal on speakers.
About five men talked up the speakers as high end and very expensive. I realized when I got on the internet, that this happens all the time.
I am short $180 for rent now, and stuck with speakers I can't even hook up to my t.V.
