I am also a victim in the Alliwire incident. Dillon Millsap, at the time a 17 year old high school student, running a business out of his parents home, allegedly had $40,000.00 of his customers prepaid XBOX 360 money stolen. I was very understanding, patient, non-threatening, until he shutdown his webiste and never responded to me again.
In the beginning of what I now beleive may have been a scam, he made the request via one of the many forums on his now inactie website, for 40 people agree to keep their order, which would enable hime to pay off the people threatening to file a lawsuit against him. I, agreed to be one of the people to not request an immediate refund based on this written agreement.
Well waht a fool I was. It is now one week short of a full year since my check for $539.40 was cashed by Dillon Millsap. I will be filing a lawsuit within the next three days if the now 18 year old Dillon Millsap does not refund my money.
