As a past employee of ProenterprisesWNY, selling Bluewireless service.

I can say first hand how shoddy the phones are they sell or "give away". How poor the customer service is and the service area is a joke with many unanswered questions as to why.

DO NOT deal with this company. They are rip-offs they charge fees for everything and billing problems can take months to clear.
