This phone company is ripping off, I broke my phone and no longer using it and I called the customer representative to suspend my phone line. She said there are a small fee ($15) per month up to 3 months, but it's been less than 2 months they've sent me a $105.94 for 2 months of service.
I would have paid more than the contract, I was so mad, called the customer representative and they oppologized for a miscommunition. It doesn't make any sense to pay more than I have normal paid, since I'm not using the phone. Is there anyway that I can some help? Thank you.
