Last night I came home, checked my email and there it was. It says Bill Chang was buying a phone through my paypal. I instantly emailed Paypal and there keeping in touch with me and trying to catch this jerk. I will be notifying my bank tomorrow. As of right now there has been no attempt to access my accounts. Below is the following email I received.
