Is a ripoff. Wausau, Wisconsin

Them a-holes... I lost $1160 bucks from them, and after searching for these on the net, this site was what i found and couldn't find any sites that belong to the manufacturer... I got their liscense plate... Got any ideas i could do? Is it possible to turn it in to the police? Please help.!
