I was ripped off by two men that approached me in a white van with speakers. They used the line that they had too many and needed to sell them for extra money. They sold them to me for what they claimed was under cost of the 583 LR Audiofile speakers. They had paperwork claiming two speakers worth 1499.00.
After paying cash I later found out they are almost worthless. I did not pay the 1499.00 but paid hundreds. They took cash. If there is a lawsuit pending I would like to give more information because I believe they are now on tape because they followed me to a local grocery store that video tapes the parking lot and the ATM machine.
It is my understanding the company works out of California and is not legitamate and that Audiofile does not make speakers.
