Ripoff phone replacement? $50.00 please! Nothing in writing until you ask. Then wait 4 weeks! Ripoff

I lost one of the three phones I have with Sprint. Thought the replacement plan would be a good idea. No mention of a deductible.

Lost one of the phones so I called the 800 number. This was not even Sprint. Some RIP-OFF company called LockLine. Then I find out about a deductible: $50.00. NO THANKS!

Instead I will file a complaint with the Massachusetts Insurance Commission. So then said they would send the policy in writing. That took almost a month. I should have had it in my hand when I got the policy. Canceled the policy on the phone with the RIP-OFF company LockLine!
