I made a $700 purchase Winter 2001 on a one-year, no-interest plan. They processed my 1st or 2nd (online) payment late and charged me a $29 late fee, which I complained about and they waived "since it was the first time." When I didn't catch the fact that they did not send me a May bill, they sent a June bill charging me a $29 "late fee" again, even though I had paid them $40 April 12th (on the $13 payment due April 14th)!
On top of all this, when I had my credit report run this month, it showed me having two accounts with them, when I only have one! I am going to transfer my balance and NEVER do business with HRS USA, or any credit company based in City of Industry, CA or Carol Stream, IL.
