One day I decided to purchase a ringone on this website Flycell.com. Not only did I not get what i wanted, 1 month later I recieve a $10.00 charge taken from my cell phone account for recieving "free daily horoscopes and jokes I did not ask for.
I did'nt understand so I looked on the web site to unsubscribe. Not only did I sent a angry e-mail and unsubsribed to thier services I also follwed the instructions from flycell to also do so on the cell phone.
Well even though I was getting comfirmations that I no longer had the service, 3 days after I stopped the service, I get another $10.00 charge. Financally this is very difficult because I have a pre-paid service. I tried to find mabe a 1-800 number or an address for this company but no success. I really want to start a lawsuit with these people because it is sooo wrong! I may have to switch carriers if I keep getting charge like this. Help!!!
