Ripoff Bait and Switch

I had the identical problem as Jian from Cupertino, California had, only the advertised price was $1999 and the "upgrade" to US warranty was $2700.

By the way, the web site makes no mention of the set being an non-US model and explicitly states that there is a 1 year SONY parts and service warranty.

These people are not to be trusted.
