MRebate Ripoff! $20 Rebate not able to track via website isn't an option to look for, company unresponsive to emails and letters sent

I purchased Coby DVD player at Strawberries (a TWEC retail store) on 11/20/05 with a $20 rebate. Rebate valid 11/20/05 thru 11/23/05. I mailed rebate on 11/23/05. Form states takes 10-12 weeks. I submitted rebate with UPC, sales receipt and rebate form completed. I haven't received. I tried to track on website www.rebateshq.com (provided on rebate form) and this item isn't an item to track. I've sent emails through their website about 10 times, and they don't respond. I've called and they just tell me to resubmit claim. Still no response. I wrote them a letter more than a month ago advising my dissatification with them, and still no response. I gave person I spoke to at their 800- an earful advising that their unresponsiveness is bad business, and still they don't care. They aren't even telling me why they won't honor my rebate. Just ignoring me.in the letter I wrote to them I advised them that it's pretty bad that I had to find the phone # to call them on a website to report companies that don't honor their rebates. (Phone # was provided on the rebate form.) TWEC website doesn't have any info to contact them on to complain (phone or email). As far as I'm concerning they are both to blame, and I haven't gone to any TWEC store since.
