I bought this Sharp 37" flat panel LCD Tv (lc37D5U) with the cable card slot and the TV Guide on screen listings, and it doesn't work! Plain and simple the TV Guide is a joke, If it works 2 or 3 days out of the week it's a miracle! What a rip-off It cost me an extra $1.000 for those features, and they don't work!
I called customer no-service and they just gave me the run around blaming everyone and everything except the TV, and basicly telling me that there's nothing they can or will do for me! So I feel that Sharp got me for $2,600!
