I purchased a Palm TX from Buy.com with a $15 online coupon. The price was the lowest on the web for a new Palm so I was excited. I paid with PayPal and printed my receipt. Looked good. Three days later I received an e-mail that my order had been cancelled because I didn't contact PayPal. It was over Christmas and I had received an e-mail from them, but I had my receipt and thought the Palm was on the way. I e-mailed asking them why they had cancelled. They responded "Since your experience with order #blah, blah did not live up to our high standards" they would cancel the PayPal. I e-mailed back saying "all I want is the Palm for the price you advertised". No response. I noticed on PayPal that they had charged me twice and cancelled both charges. I'm not out any money, but what the heck happened here? Did they advertise something they couldn't deliver? How can they keep in business if they treat customers like this? What's in it for them to do this to a customer? I will NEVER order from Buy.com again.
