I order the Singer Lazer Storm from the TV. When I called the number, I was given other options to purchase. Some, I did. The same day and within the hour, I called to cancel. I got no answer. I was told to call back by an automated voice. I decided to email and in the email, I asked to cancel, my orders. I got no response. Then, I got my credit card ledger with the charge on it. I emailed a couple more times and even called Singer. I still got no satisfaction as I was referred to another number and never got through to a live person that could help me. When I emailed, I repeatedly told them that I did not want the product and that I wanted the charge removed from my credit card. After all of these attempts and about two weeks after my attempts, I received a box from them. I have not opened it nor do I want it. I wrote to ask that they arrange to pick this up as I had canceled several times long before shipping. I haven't gotten a response to any of these emails, either.
I have my card company looking into this. I am not sure how this will work out, yet.
In case nothing happens, I would like to get my money back including the interest caused by this on my credit card. I would also like the company to make arrangements to pick up the unopened product that I canceled from the day I orderd it.
