$20 Camcorder Rebate Not Received After Five Months

I bought a Sony camcorder and there was a $20 rebate offer on the cover of its book. It required online product registration and said if I bought a product from them I'd get $20 back in two months. I am waiting for 5 months and no money.
I called them many times, they said it was on the way. Rip off! Shame on you, if you can not back up $20!
