I sent an inquery to find out isf they had the part I needed in stock and got an instant reply (same day). This was the only place I could find that had it in stock as every place else I tried had them on back order.
When the part arrived it wasnt even assembled correctly. And after fixing that issue I installed it only to find it dosent even work. The part is supposed to be manufactured by SONY so I highly doubt it was ever assembled incorrectly.
It had to have been Tampered with or someone took the one out of the original box and put an old broken one in there. Well after repeated emails and trying to use the contact phone # (which dosent work) I got no responses at all.
They were quik to take my $75.00 (other sites sell this part at $54.00 but all have em back ordered) but refuse to reply after they have your money! They are just ripoof artists and I can see I am not the only one to be ripped off by them
