Ripoff they had me put up a 149.96 deposit for a plasma tv and i was going to make payments on it and the tv never came

When i was on ebay digitalnow. Tv had an ad for a plasma tv. The deposit was 149.96 and i filled out the info. And they called back and i paid with visa. The tv was supposed to be here by aug 26 but never showed up. Can you please help!!!
