I ordered 2 phones from WireFly in July. They changed my order from Cingular to a prepaid cell company without asking me. After many calls my order was corrected. When the phones arrived, I discovered I was given 2 new phone numbers by mistake since I told the service Rep. I would port 2 cell numbers from another carrier.
Again, long process to get my 2 phones working with the right carrier. The requirement for sending the number of bills within its time limit was almost impossible. I managed sending off the rebate form right before the cut off date and received a letter stating one more bill was need. Never heard anything from them again. After reading the complaint on this site, I realize I am not going to get my rebate back as they promised.
On top of all that, InPhonic turned my name to a collection agency for terminating the 2 cell numbers they assigned to me. Time and energy spent on this matter were unbelievable.
Another place to complain is The Federal Trade Commission (877-FTCHELP, www.ftc. Gov)
