I placed an Internet order on July 4. I called to follow up per this company's email request. Customer Service tried to convince me to purchase accessories for my Konica Minolta DiMage A200, i.E. 5-hour battery, 5-year service plan, one gig memory chip. This seemed like a common tactic and was acceptable until I declined the upgrades. He countered by offering a free camera case, tripod, and a lower, bottom line cost. I remained firm with my decline. At this point, the representative said he was canceling my order. I asked the representative if wawadigital was a scam. He said YES! I then asked if he had heard of the Better Business Bureau, to which his reply was a quick slamming of the telephone.
