We desired to return an electronic camera that people bought AT-BEST PURCHASE since the quality of the pictures were horrible! The salesman had suggested this camera to us and not provided a display of it, so we simply got his specialist term for it. However they wouldn't return without getting A - 15% re stocking charge. We were likely to get another camera there AT-BEST PURCHASE although not following this occurred. They stated the only path round the re stocking charge is when the item is faulty, and that I believe when the pictures aren't top quality... The item is faulty and never doing as designed. They stated they've signage all around the shop relating to this re stocking charge, but who sees that? Personally I think it ought to be the salesmanis or cashier's obligation to help make the plan obvious towards the client before purchasing since 15% is just a large amount of change when you are purchasing a costly product.
We've invested countless bucks at Bestbuy through the years - but no further and we've been informing all our friends exactly the same. You-can't get any worse promotion than poor person to person
