After reading the other letters concerning Holiday, I echo many of the situations described in the other letters on usacomplaints.com.
Complete non-support from the staff. Rude Staff.
Delays in getting product.
People not returning calls.
No packing list in shipments.
Major communications problems.
Being sent damaged product.
Extremely poor documentation of all aspects of business.
I need help. I'd like so network with contributors to this site.
