This company advertises products at low prices, but after ordering they'll give you a call to upsell you on items that should come standard in the box, but which they claim will not.
I believe the guy I spoke with was Matt, ext 701... He was so trained on how to be rude it made me laugh. When I told him that the Sony DCR-HC1000 does indeed come with a battery, his response was, "Oh really? What company do you work for? Because last I checked, I work for A & M Photo World".
That cracked me up.
After that I told him to just cancel the order, and he appeared to oblige. I'll be watching my online bank statements closely for a while.
