Bought cartridges Dec to be used when current cartridges (bought from another company) ran out.
Less than 5 months later, May I opened cartridge that had been in sealed bag.
When I removed the orange cap, ink went flying everywhere. My hands were covered in black ink that could not be removed. Ink splattered on my clothing, table, carpet and tiling.
Then when I inserted it, after a few pages, cartridge would not print.
I did my own troubleshooting, and was able to print out a few more pages. When I again encountered difficulty, I contacted seller. He gave me obvious troubleshooting instructions. I again cleaned printheads, got a few more copies. Repeat.
Not only was product inferior (dried out and improperly filled), it caused damage.
Contacted seller, who would not refund because cartridge was out of 60-day warranty.
Listing says that product has 2 year shelf life.
Slick arrangement - tell buyer that product has 2 year shelf life, knowing there is a good chance buyer will not open cartridge during 60 day warranty. When buyer opens cartridge to use several months later, tell them it is out of warranty.
