Do not refund a returned camera

I bought a camera from EGLOBAL CENTRAL internet site. about 400 $
The camera was obviously refurbished and non functional.
After 1 month painful discussions through their RMA forms, they agree I sent it back for refund.
Though the Hong-Kong post confirms me in writing that it has been delivered to EGLOBAL, they claim they have not recieved the parcel and refuse to refund.
I discovered that:
The invoice is fake. The company is not legally registered in HK as they claim.
They didn't any customer clearance and did not pay the due taxes.
Their address in HK is fake, it the the address of a company renting offices for a day or mail boxes.
They have no phone
They do not reply to emails.

They operate is a lot of European countries as well as in the US.
This business is based on the partnership (complicity??) of a whole seller which is DGS GROUP Ltd in HK.

DGS Group Ltd ship the goods and do as if the goods are shipped by eGlobal. DGS explains how they do
