I purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave from Pacific Sales, in a Best Buy store on June 25. I purchased the appliances with the promise of a $300 rebate from LG for this purchase. I have following up with Pacific Sales, and LG since then, and always been told we are working on it. I was told by a Best Buy manager, that the rebate was approved and I should receive the $300 gift card in 3-4 weeks. This is 4 weeks. I called LG rebate center today and was told it would be another 4 weeks. I am not believing anything about this anymore. I cannot find anyone at LG who will follow up to expedite or follow up on this matter. I called Pacific Sales and they said it was not their responsibility and told me to follow up with LG. I am pretty sure at this point this is a scam.
