Headphones Paid For, No Reply or Delivery, Receipt Shows China

I purchased headphones on this website and have had no reply email as promised. Needless to say, I have not received the headphones. I have disputed the charge with my credit card. The web site says USA but receipt says electronic store in China. A complete scam.
