This company automatically renewed a one year security on my credit card; that had a zero balance. I have now been charged a late fee and am in the mist of a huge battle trying to get this resolved. The dispute department is now saying that I may or may not get my money back. They do not know what is going on. One person says one thing and another person says something else. I will take this to the next step if they do not remove the charges. I am not against filing a class action lawsuit.
