3d functions no longer work - 3d tvd and glasses

Im having a pairing problem with my 3d glasses that were
Not cheap i tried email, phone call to some overseas call center
That was no help, and days on facebook. I doubt this will help the issue
Closer to resolution. Samsung is just another huge coroporation
That only cares about profit and not the quality of product or satisfaction of the
Customer.
