Sony has the worst customer support attention I have ever seen. Horrible call centers, you spend hours on the call without response. When you get a response before 5:00AM they say there is nothing they can do. I have been trying without success for 3 weeks now to have them repair a new LCD TV 40" under extended contract without any responses. I will market to the world for nobody ever buy a Sony product again. The carppiest company I ever dealt with.
