Received my first bill, and paid it off in full two weeks before it was actually due. I wanted to build my credit, and thought this was the best way to do it. Boy was I wrong!
Sent the payment online on July 1st, they received it on July 2nd, and posted it as received but with a hold on it. Which I understood they wanted to make sure that the funds cleared my bank. Which they did on July 5th. But here we are on July 12th and I still don't have access to my credit funds. Nor do I have access to my bank funds because they were paid to HSBC!
I have sent numerous emails, faxes, and calls and have only had ONE RESPONSE! I even faxed them my bank statement as proof of payment, but do you think I've gotten anywhere? NO! I have left numerous messages on their TTY, as I am deaf, and not once have they called me back like it says they will.
"A valued customer" my ass! Tonight I have sent them my final fax, addressed to the payment supervisor. I am giving them until noon tomorrow to clear this mess up, or I will be visiting my bank and disputing the payment to get my money back. Then we'll see whose screwing who.
