Im disable, borrowed the money to buy this computor and it was used and broken and I sent in the info. I had collectoed out of the computor... I took puenomia trying to fix working with Help&Support. I have taps where I called in to Wal-Mart but they made me cry. I got this computo to seell stuff out of my home to buy food and medications I need and Wal-Mart knew this too Please help me.
I got this computor, 3in 6 wks, the last one I tried to fix but Wal-Mart people made me cry. I took pneumonia trying to work with Compaq Help and Support Nov, Dec, Jan/04 and Wal-Mart knew I was disable with no money. I went in the store on a walker to pick up the computor. I told them I needed to sell stuff out of my home to buy food and medications I need. I have been waiting so long and they say they are not to blame. Purchased 10/27/03.. Called store the same day and I have all the tapes and tapes off how mean the reps where to me, a disable woman 57years old that trusted Wal_mart to do the right thing. I also have down loads that prove the computor was used. PLease Help me..
