I;m writing this to warn others from this crook named Victor Varzaru. I contacted this crook on a website called:

I contacted this crook that I wanted to purchased samsung galaxy s3 wholesale and iphones 4s from from him. He told me that he would give me price of $210 for the samsungs and $125 for the iphones. That he was looking for long term business from us. He told me that he was only going to accept western union or money gram, or bank wire transfer. I told him that I can only use paypal since it protects both him and I from any fraud. He declined using paypal and said that he was screwed by a few buyers from paypal. But after a while, he finally gave in to using paypal.
I sent him the funds of $690 for 2 samsungs galaxy s3 and for 2 iphones 4s. Before purchaing this order, he had assured me that after I make my purchase that I would get my orders within 2-3 business days. Mind you, this guy claimed his company was located in cyprus, europe. When he sent me an email to send him the funds, the email he gave me was:

When I was about to send the funds to this email, it said that the location was India, but I thought maybe that was where the headquarter was at. That should have been a HUGE RED FLAG. But like an idiot, I went ahead and sent this crook the funds. Two weeks went by and I still have not gotten my order. His excuse was that one of his employees had accidently place 3 additonal phones of the samsungs and iphones into my order and for me to send them an addiotnal $500 via western union.
I said "HELL NO." Why would I send money for something I never ordered. These were all huge red flags. He told me that hsi manager would not give me tracking number for the orders that they sent out. I said, ok. Just give me back my money back then. After not hearing from them, I filed a dispute with claims.
After filing a cispute with paypal, all of a sudeen, this crook changed his story that he never sold me any phones and that he did some freelancing work from me. I couldnt believe it. This is a cold world we live in. You cant trust anybody. But after a week and doing research, paypal finally issue me back a full refund of $690.
The lesson is this: ANything you want to make any purchase for anything, if they dont use paypal or any other onlien merchant where you can dispute orders, RUNNN. From the very begining, the guy wanted me to send him funds via western union because he knows that onces I give him the mtcn number for $690, he pretty much as got away easy. NEVER Please guys. Learn from my mistake. I'm grateful that I didnt loose any money. But imagine had I sent this crook $690 via western union, I would have been depressed and angry and uspet with myself.
Learn from my mistake. We work hard for our money, but yet, there are so many crooks out there who want to try to take our hard earn money. I am writing this so that others would be warned and so that they wont make the same mistakes I made.
