We have a 24" monitor - after a year it lost HDMI capabilities - we switched to VGA a few months later the monitor will power up and then powers off. Looked on the Internet found lot of other people with same problem. This is a design issue which should not have happened.
Customer Service is very poor. Send emails and opened trouble tickets - NO REPLY
We understand that items break - to ignore us is very poor customer service-
I recommend stay away from Westinghouse products
