I'm reporting zohiab Zohiab canceled my phone number and I didn't tell him to

I came in to cancel two of my cell phone numbers and I have 3 numbers on the Line the stupid idiot canceled all the lines and I have had that phone number for 30 years and now I cant get my number back. He is a retired idot.
