Like the other complaints, they "grip go" doubles your order, and charges outrageous P&H fees. Crazy phone holder was costing me almost $70.00.
I tried to cancel it immediatly, which they DON'T make it easy to do. I was not able to do this online, so I called, but was told I had to wait for at least three hours due to the fact that they had to wait for the info to reach them, and then asked if I was cancelling it due to a double order??? So they know what they are doing. I called three hours later and was able to cancel it, but not before they tried to "Fix" the problem. I told them I just wanted it cancelled, and would not do business with a company that scammed you from the get go! They know most people won't follow through with a cancellation if they make it difficult!
