Your Warranty Will NOT be Honored by VIVITAR, SAKAR!
I bought a vivitar lens from the BH store on december and by March the lens barrel became almost stuck, rigid, barely moved, so I couldn't focus. So I contacted Sakar for a repair and they told me they don't repair but they will substitute it. After many Emails, maybe 12 Emails they never honored the warranty.
They always come up with some excuses and run the clock hoping you stop Emailng them.
They completely ignore you until you write to them again and then they'll tell you politely that they are working on it or some other excuse and they will ignore you completely after their reply.
After 6 months of Emails they never honored the warranty.
I will continue to report their dishonest fraud in other agencies, web sites and the better business bureau.
My advice is to never buy anything Vivitar and do business with Saka
