I'm a Pediatric RN that works with medically fragile children. I have a patient that loves watching The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and adores the "Hot Dog Song". I was thrilled to find a Mickey that sings this song and giggles. I ordered one for him for Christmas.
He is only two years old and Mickey comforts him while I do his Tracheostomy care. The Trach is his only airway and I need his cooperation so the tube does not come out. This plush doll was going to be used as a distraction while I did his care.
My package arrived in a timely manner but the box contained a "Monster" Lego kit! The invoice had the correct item listed but that is not wht I got. I have placed numerous calls and spoke with several different people. The return/exchange policy was inconsistant and different with each representative.
Well, it's Christmas and I don't have the toy OR a complete refund. I told his Mom what I was giving him and now I have nothing to give! I'm annoyed and disappointed. I injured my leg and can't get out to shop for it.
They gave me a partial refund to cover the shipping! Now, what about the balance and this precious child doesn't have his Mickey!
