Licensee performance - 3-outlet foot tappe

Here are two reviews of the 3-outlet foot tapper sold by one of your licensees (NCC).
One very good, but no comment on durability. The other, very bad with a very clear comment on durability

The foot tapper extension cord is a great little item. It has a light so you know if it is "on" or "off". This is helpful for me since it controls a lamp that sometimes gets turned off at the lamp switch instead of by the foot switch.

1.0 out of 5 stars Crappy cord
This extension cord failed after less than a week of use. Two lamps were plugged in to it, and the were turned on/off twice a day. There is little chance that over use made it fail. A big disappointment.
