I recieve a post card in the mailbox stating that I pre-qualify for a credit card up to $1,500. I called the number on the credit card so that I could re-establish my credit. They sent me a member card with my members number on it and a number to contact consumer service should I have problems with my members card. On the back of the card and the letter sent to me in the mailbox stated that I could use this card to recieve discounts at various retail stores like Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. I tried to use the card at Wal-Mart and it didn't work. I tried to use the card online scremming through their on-line catalog and the membership number didn't work. I contact consumber service and left a voice mail on their answering service November canceling the service and received no return phone call.
I then recieved a post card in the mailbox a year later stating that it is time to renew my membership and I had to send them another fee. I never renewed the membership and BAS continue to take money from my bank account. Up to today's date I have called BAS and have left on their voice mail several contact numbers and a e-mail address for when I am out to sea because I am station onboard a ship and still I haven't recieved a phone call or e-mail from them regarding the money stolen from my account. This has been an ongoing challenge to try to get in contact with someone their in order for them to refund me my money and to stop taking money from my account. I am very upset about this matter and want it resolved. This company should be out of business and brought up on fraud charges!
