Avoid the "Private Equity Institute" run by Matthew Murray at all costs. It is a scam. Matthew Murray is a former research analyst who was fired from his last job on Wall Street from Rodman & Renshaw many years ago. He has no contacts and is blackballed on Wall Street so you will not land an internship or job. All the "testimonials" on his website are by his friends. The course will teach you NOTHING. Everything can be learned for free from Wikipedia; the materials he provides are poorly written documents rehashing SEC laws.
