Attempt at payment for advertising never purchased tampering with recordings

In an attempt to collect money for advertising that was never purchased Informatika "employees" (the likes of "Andy Dunbar" and "Kathleen") insisted that the item of sale was purchased by an employee of the company, and this individual understood that the "contract" was not able to be cancelled, which is the total OPPOSITE from what the individual was told.

Upon request of the recorded conversation, a very smug collector played a recording that was obviously altered. Throughout many, many telephone conversations over a period of more than a month, I received the ultimate "runaround" with nothing but constant story changes, lies, and threats.
