This company used a computerized check with every single number from my bank account to a tee on the bottom, and deposited into my account without my knowledge.
It was in the amount of $199. My bank at first told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't prove that it wasn't a telephone purchase. I explained I have never even heard of this company before, and to this day I still haven't heard back from them. I called the customer service number, and they told me I would get my money back in 10-15 business days. Needless to say, I never saw it.
Unfortunately for me, this is the second company that has done this to me. Pharmacycards.com took money from me the same way back in February. Again, I never saw a dime back. However, in researching this company again after what Moonlight Marketing did, I went onto the Federal Trade Commission's web site. They actually froze all of Pharmacycards.com's assets due to victims like us filing complaints. Eventually, we will see at least some of our money back.
I'm beggin each and every one of you to band together. Go to the Federal Trade Commission's web site and file a complaint! Let's stop this company in there tracks and teach them a lesson! What they're doing is a federal offense, and I'm tired of being cheated out of my hard earned money!!!
Oh, and for those of you who didn't get anything back either, this time around my bank let me sign papers stating I did not authorize this transaction, and their insurance company paid me back! I advise you to do the same!
