Charges shown as OAN SERVICES on behalf of USA VOICEMAIL showed in my SBC telephone bill. Called SBC on this and they cancelled the charges or returned them to originator. Unauthorized telephone charges in my bill dated 8/21/04. Can't reach their (OAN) phone... Always busy.
