An Indian by the name of "Sara", she claimed, called offering me a grant in the amount of $8000.00 for a processing fee of $249.00. I was initially skeptical and asked her for an address, phone number and her name. She couldn't give me an address, a legitimate phone number, or her correct name, which I knew wasn't Sara. I told her that I wasn't interested and not to EVER call me again.
Then another Indian called offering the same thing. I automatically didn't beleive him when he said his name was Eddy Rogers. He gave me this number; 1-800-551-7099, which was bogus.
Neither could give me any vital information about this company which told me that this was definitely a scam that I wasn't going to allow myself to be caught in. I am sure that there are many other students such as me that are probably caught in this scam and I'm willing to do whatever I can to catch these scam artists.
