I too did not receive my "free" automatic shipping of extra brushes (i hear that they are $14.95- another rip off as it probably only costs $5.00 ups to ship-extra handling charges? I doubt it) didnt receive - can't get thry - can't return - can't buy them anywhere

Robert urich should be ashamed of himself to assoicate his name with shabby business practices
