Would appreciate any input from others stuck in lease with Liberty Bank. Luckily I was uncomfortable with a 5 year plan and ammended my contract to 3 years but am still stuck. Have considered joining a class action suit but I have heard many oppositions to that as well.
Have contacted Liberty Bank but they rebutted with a letter stating I'm still responsible. Wouldn't suprise me if they knowingly took on these leases from Norvergence with complete knowledge of the future colapse and all legal mumbo-jumbo sticks us with the lease.

Norvergence Victims...
.. It is the opinion of the consumer complaints staff that a Class Action will not work in this situation and will only lead victims down a long path of disappointment.in order for an attorney to take on such a case, there needs to be money. NorVergence clearly went belie-UP! / defunked / Bankrupt, which means, there is NO MONEY! Once a bone afide lawyer contacts consumer complaints with a plan, we will be glad to make arrangements with them to e-mail those of you who filed a consumer complaints.
