Ripoff... No product sent no monies returned

I ordered murchandise from Soundwaveabductions.com and an affiliate The Orion Zone/Infatronn and never recieved it. I inquired about said product and was told it was not yet sent because they were very busy... However they sent me an email claiming product was sent. They then told me it was on it's way... They then told me they would refund my money... Never happened.
