To All who are reading this: Please check your credit card statements very carefully. I was charged twice on the same statement from NSS Magazine without authorization. It was very difficult to get to speak with a customer service representative. I finally spoke with Sandy Wollitz, who works out of the Illinois office for NSS Magazine. She said that her company is in some way affiliated with Lillian Vernon's Catalog company and that I must have said "yes" to a magazine offer when ordering an item through their catalog. No such event ever occured!!! She apologized for the inconvenience. Furthermore, she stated that my credit card would be credited the amounts billed. This is suppose to occur within the next two billing statements according to Sandy. She was friendly and seemed sincere, however I'm very concerned about if I'm really going to get my money back. I'll probably have to fight it with my credit card company. I hope I won't have to. The people who run this company have no integrity. It's definitely a scam. Sounds like they are also telling lies to their employees or brainwashing them
