I purchased the Norton Anti-Virus 2004 Professional and the Norton Anti-spam 2004 bundle from CompUSA and mailed rebate and all required paper on 3/17/04 and have not heard a word from them. I contacted the rebate center on 5/27/04 and talked to Lisa. She had me fax and mail a copy of all to Customer Resubmission Center. On 7/20/04, I sent another copy to the resubmission center by certified mail. It was accepted by Bernardo Garcia. Their website still has no info on my rebate. Until this is resolved, I hold CompUSA and Symantec equally responsible and neither of those asses will get any more of my business. This whole rebate thing is a RIP OFF.
